By using the software provided by Solos Sound LLC (“Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

The Software is provided “as is” and for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Software in any way that violates local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Solos Sound LLC is not responsible for any damage to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your use of the Software. You use the Software at your own risk.

While Solos Sound LLC endeavors to protect the security of your data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security measures. You acknowledge that you provide your information at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solos Sound LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Software; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Software; © any content obtained from the Software; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not Solos Sound LLC has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Solos Sound LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
